Events, workshops, and ways to get involved are in development. If you want to help shape what this becomes, this is where it starts.

What's coming

We're building toward a schedule of in-person and virtual events — workshops, honest conversations, and training sessions for students and the adults in their lives.

Super Smash Brothers Hour

Meets monthly · Zoom

Ok, yes, we all love our video games, but this is a chance to get the guys (the Smash Brothers) together monthly to talk about what's going on on the inside. What's hard? What's been great? Where do you feel stressed out or alone? Share what's on your mind and see how it feels to have others support you.

You don't have to be an expert to help.

Sharing this site with one person — a friend, a student you coach, a parent you know — is a real contribution. Awareness is where change starts.

"I never wanted anyone to feel like they had to sacrifice their sanity and wellbeing for success."
